Storefront Displays

Directed visual merchandising for prominent window displays across California, including notable projects throughout Southern and Northern California. Conceptualized and developed the entire visual presentation, encompassing all display elements, merchandising, and styling. Oversaw the in-house carpentry team responsible for creating wood and conduit fixtures, neon lighting, and three-dimensional art installations. Managed the merchandising and styling, executed either personally or by a team of Merchandising Managers under my leadership.
